Perfect for women looking for more 1:1 support each month, including twice monthly follow up appointments. This contact time provides further education and coaching support, allowing for new habits to take hold.

Tailored for women who really value support and accountability. This programme provides weekly follow-ups, including a broad range of coaching tools and educational resources to get you back to feeling your best self.
